Which Of These Recipes Would You Make?
1) Farfalle with Chicken, Tomato, Caramelized Onions, and Goat Cheese:
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 large red onions, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons Sherry wine vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
8 ounces farfalle
1 cup dry white wine
1 cup low-salt chicken broth
6 heirloom tomatoes, cored, chopped (about 5 cups)
2 cups shredded cooked chicken (from 1/2 rotisserie chicken)
1/2 cup thinly sliced basil leaves
2 tablespoons chopped fresh marjoram
3 cups baby spinach
3 ounces soft fresh goat cheese, crumbled

I would make #2, because it sounds the most interesting with the mix of flavors.
#3 is a good runner up. It just depends on what flavors you and your date prefer.

i vote for the first one, sounds YUMMMMMY. plus, it sounds a little easier to prepare, making more time for that special person!

The first, it would be the most likely to please the both of you…..you can’t go wrong with tomatoes and pasta.

If it is for a man, well we like it simple but good as a rule. This looks like it fits the package…
2) Boneless chicken breasts with red chili sauce
For red chili sauce
4 dried New Mexico red chilies*, stemmed and seeded (wear rubber gloves)
1 small onion (about 1/4 pound), halved
3 large garlic cloves
2 tablespoons raisins
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
For chicken:
2 tablespoons nonfat plain yogurt
2 large garlic cloves, minced and mashed to a paste with 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
four 5-ounce skinless boneless chicken breast halves
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
