Open Question: Best way to make a fast wine from concentrated grape juice and champagne yeast?
Sunday, February 28th, 2010I brew a little beer, but I was wondering if anyone knows how to make a quick to drink wine from fruit juice concentrate and champagne/wine yeast. Some people say 1 week or so, and I know wine normally takes 1-3 months before it tastes smooth and similar to professional quality. I have all the beer equipment, but don’t want it sitting in the 2ndary forever.
