I need wine yeast to make red wine but I don’t know where to buy. I don’t want to use bread yeast because I’m not sure what will be the outcome.

Could you tell the difference between a £3.99 bottle of red wine and a 6.99 bottle? and do you buy into all this bumf about bouquet, and parties going on in their mouths, when the Pratt’s taste it. Am i a cynic or what.?

My fiance brought a bottle of white wine from Europe and I would like to make a meal with it. I don’t like to drink white wine…but he does.
I need a pretty simple recipe that is still really good! Please don’t list recipes with lots of ingredients or lots of things I’ve probably never heard [...]

Serve champagne chilled in a long stemmed flute glass. Red wine in a standard wine glass. Allow red wine to sit in the glass for at least 20 minutes, and never fridge it. Also swirl a glass of red a bit before drinking to oxygenate it. Allowing it to breathe a bit more.
