It’s part of a sauce recipe, I’ve never done something like this before and don’t want to burn my house down. Any video of this technique would be a plus. Tips, advice, I’d like an idea how to do it without burning myself

Hi all, I’m a 20 year old student of wine who will soon be making the leap into full-time career mode. I’ve been making wine as an amateur since I was 17 and I study daily while working as often as I can, so that I can pass as many WSET exams as I can when I turn 21.

i’m doing a french oral on thursday and i need to have this memorized. however, i don’t trust Babel Fish or FreeTranslation or other translation sites, so i’m wondering if anybody who is fluent or at least has a good knowledge of the french language can help me translate this passage from English.

A Night Out Hardly ever enough is when we go, (This place is nice. Wonder if that piano was always here.) Money is not usually the issue, (It looks as old as the house. This really used to be a doctor’s office?) I’m too busy being bored
