I’m trying to find a recipe for a light, sweet teriyaki sauce. I know the local Japanese restaurant gets theirs in a big jug lol, but I’d like to make something similar at home.

It wasn’t long ago that “The Revenge is Drunk Again”‘ had his level 5 account axed. But I am back…posting through the ephemeral haze of drunkenness and boredom, I have just reached level 5 once again.

How can I use them? I have red wine vinegar, white wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, sesame oil, and cooking sherry.

I have asked this question in the “Cooking & Recipes” section because I had to pick between that section and this one, looks like I went with the wrong section the first go around! Hopefully (which I think is the case) you guys’ will be more knowledgable about this! Okay here’s my question: I’m new to cooking but this recipe calls for dry sherry. It’s a wine I assume? This probably sounds stupid because now I know it’s a TYPE of wine?

well i was thinking why not start buying some wine, putting it away in the cellar for 10 15 20 years and then have a gem or make some money off it. So what kind of wine you buy that gets put away and will be worth some cash down the road?

I have a bottle of 2000 Chateau d’Yquem and I would like to store it for at least several years.

I have a recipe that calls for lobster base. I know you can buy it online, but I’m not a big fan on ordering online. I have been to several stores here and cannot find it.
