I really like this salad dressing but it is so watery when you put it on a salad that it runs right through to the bottom of the bowl.. is there some way to make it thicker without effecting the flavor at all? Like maybe putting cornstarch in it and heating it

I DO NOT want anything to fattening it is 11pm so, just a snack not a huge meal. I can think of a thousand different things to make but all of them are really fattening. I have in my fridge..
